Hello, Daniel!
Yes, you can setup your invoices to print more than one copy - you can also have them print different fields and/or text on the different copies! (eg. 1st Copy can say "Customer Copy", 2nd can be "Accounting" and 3rd could be "Shipping" - all with different fields as well).
To do this, open OrderEntry Designer (click on Maintenance - Maintain Specifications from the main OE Toolbar Options), then open the specification you use to print OE invoices with. Then choose:
1. File - Specification Options
2. In the '# of Copies' field, enter 3 - click OK to accept the change. This itself will print 3 exact copies of every invoice you print from Adagio OE.
If this is all you want to do - then click on File - Save to save your specification now that you have modified it.
If you would also like to have different Text (or other fields) print on Copy 1, 2 and 3 - then read on...
You can select most any field, then right-click and select Properties. There you will see a 'Print on' section at the bottom of the Edit screen. Select the copies you need the fields to appear on (they should already have 1, 2 and 3 checked off if you followed the steps above).
You can now insert a new Text field if you want to have the different copies for different departments as well as for your Customers - edit the properties of the text fields as described above to tell Designer which copy they will print on. You can insert the field anywhere you like.
Good luck!
