I recently made the change to Windows 7 Ultimate on a few workstations in my Accounts Dept and an issue in regards to printing invoices and cheques has come to light.
When I try to print to our accounts invoice printer {HP Laserjet 4250dtn} via Order Entry 8.1C the document sent to the printer is shrunk 3/4 of the page instead of taking up the entire letter sheet.
When I try printing from Payables 8.1A the same issue occurs where the document is shrunk to 3/4 of its original size.
Windows XP systems are printing fine and I have verified the Specs are all the correct page size as well as I have tried various drivers including Universal Print Driver, PS, PCL5 & 6. I have even tried printing to Acrobat's PDF Writer and I am getting the same result.
Any Suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
