Hi Debi,
The Reset button within View / Customize / Views is to change the position of the View screens (such as View Account Data) if it were to be inadvertantly moved off screen.
If the View Account Data window is visible but empty, it may have become corrupted. Try right-clicking in the window and choose 'Reset to default'. This will reset all field titles to the factory defaults.
