We are having trouble making the right choices to get a report from Gridview which includes the customer email address.

We have tried some different combinations but always get only the email addy from the ship-to data

AR and Gridview are both 9.0A. What are the proper choices to retrieve the general customer email into Gridview?

Hi Jody,

The dictionary to use to report on the master customer list is the A/R Customer Master file. Look for the 'Contact email' field about halfway down the list, after the activity statistics fields.

If you want to know where fields are located in the GridView dictionaries, there is a 'Data Dictionary Exporter' utility that can be found in the \softrak\system directory, which can create an Excel spreadsheet for an application, and each dictionary on a separate sheet.
