Each user can have only 1 password. However they can have very different access rights in each module. For instance, a user could have full rights in AP but none in GL.

Could you describe what you are trying to do?

We are trying to limit the access of outside support that log into our system for regular maintenance and software issues.

I am familiar with the access rights in each module but I was hoping that I could set something up that would allow only certain modules to be accessed with the password.

Bruce is correct. Access is by userID not by password. However, if a particular user belongs to an Adagio security group and that group has not been created within Ledger also, the user will not have access to Ledger.
