I managed to duplicate my AP posting to my Bank Reconciliation file by accidentally clicking the post button twice during the posting process. Is there any way to fix this? I did edit my GL posting entries prior to posting there.

Double clicking the post button should not have caused the batch to post twice.
In any event if in fact the checks appear in BankRec twice I would post to deposit to off set the amount and delete this entry for GL (as you have already indicated that you deleted the duplicate transactions in GL).
