OK, so on two occasions the print job for a particular invoice did not print the complete list of items, but attempting to reprint the same invoice was successful. That would indicate that the invoice information in the data is intact and something random occurred in those two instances.
How do you print invoices - from the grid that lists invoices or the Print Invoices function from the menu?
Are there other users in OE? Are they also printing invoices?
Could the print job have become corrupted, or the printer got out of memory due to a large print run?
Were there any error messages?
Do you use the option to 'Suppress zero qty on invoices' in the Company Profile? On these two invoices did the missing items have 0 qty shipped?
Does your invoice specification have multiple copies?
I did a search and couldn't find anything related to missing items on printed invoices. As long as the invoice data is intact and the problem happens infrequently, my first suspicion is that something interrupted sending the complete invoice to the printer, due to a network or printer backlog. If you can replicate the printing problem 'on-demand' by following a certain set of steps, please post those steps here and we would be interested in doing further research in order to track this down.
