I have a folder in my Data folder called Softmail that contains 250 mb of .pdf files (816 files). I've made a back up for our year end, can I delete the contents of that folder or is there some other way through the software that I can get rid of those now? Or should I keep them for some reason?

If you clear your e-mail queue, these should get deleted.
