We have changed our company name and I have entered the change under the company profile in all modules. I am preparing to print invoices and they are still coming up with the old name on the top. How do I go about changing them to the new name? We are using the current updates.
You need to edit the specification used to print your invoices. It's possible that your company name was added to the form as a text box, rather than selecting the company name field from your company profile.

I am in over my head! My support guy (Ralph) is in the hospitaland it is all greek to me!
I still have all the files on my network drive. What would the invoice design possibly be called? Before I delete everything off the network, which I need to do so I can register the updated modules on my workstation, are there any other types of files I should be looking for and transfering to my new location?
