Hi Vicky,
The new workstation may have a different Windows Regional Setting than the other workstations, and this can affect alignment of Adagio specs such as checks or statements or invoices.
Look for the Unicode language setting and it should be the same as all others, and more specifically the same as the station that created the form. Likely the problem is that this was set to 'English Canada' when it should be 'English US'. Changing this would affect the 'alignment' of the form - ie the field elements all print the correct size, but are moved up too far and also to far to the left.
I don't have Windows 7 so I cannot advise specifically where to find this. In Windows Vista, you would edit the Regional Settings and on the Administrative tab, choose the 'Change System Locale' button.
If the field elements are 'shrunk', then the problem is related to the Advance DPI setting being something other than Normal. Indeed Normal is the correct setting.
