I started working on a new computer on Friday that came installed with Windows 7. When I tried to print a cheque the alignment was off, there is information missing at the top and on the left side. I went to maintain specifications and tried to adjust the alignment but couldn't figure how to do it. I spoke with my Adagio representative and she said that I should install the same print driver that my colleague has installed on her computer. My IT guy says the driver that my colleague is using will not work because she is using Windows XP (32 bit) and I am using Windows 7 (64 bit). I have not had any problems printing anything else from Adagio or any other program on my computer. My IT guy made sure that the Language setting is the same as my colleague's computer and that the Advanced settings are for Normal (96 dpi). How do I fix this problem? I need to print cheques today.
thanks,
Vicky
