I am printing from GL ( Screen- Printer or File) getting file access error on GLT0067R.pwl - GLT0068R.pwl the file changes.

Running on a Windows Server 2000 on the server the file is not shown as being in use or even appears as active.

User has admin rights to machine and server.
Workstation is running XP Professional version 2002 Service Pack 3.

Here is the twist the other machines prints OK no problem, and this machine was fine up to Friday.

This is happening to the FC who is preparing audit schedules and guess who signs my cheques ...just my luck month end.

What report are you printing? What version(release date) of GL are you using? Are the other users printing using the same data?

Look in the user's Temp folder and see if there are any folders or files beginning with GL. If so, remove them.

Having the exact error message can be useful. The files you mention sound like they might be located in the data folder. Does the error message provide more information?
