I need to do a particula PO export to the excel. Can someone give me a brief direction how do this?

Do you want to export a single PO, or specific informormation from a range of PO's?

Per our emails, PO doesn't really have an Export | Orders function; although it does have an Import | Orders.

Data can be exported but would require at least 2 exports. You'd need to take care to specify each field to be exported and the criteria (eg. 'starts with' PO and 'contains' 000056 to export just headers with that Doc#. It's best to View the data that meets your selected fields and criteria prior to completing the Export.

Your client wants to edit a single PO. This is really what the PO program was designed for - creating, editing, receipting and invoicing POs.

You can also create order Templates that can be used to create new POs with. These can then be edited as needed.
