I would like to be able to import into Bank Recs from an Excel spreadsheet. Is this possible? It seems like it will only accept imports from "third party" programs. Does this include Excel?

What do you want to import? Deposits? Payments? Bank reconciliation?

Adagio BankRec can import all 3 from Excel sheets. You first need to set up templates from the File / Import menu. There is detailed information in the Help file as to how setting up templates works and what each field does, and what happens if a field is not imported. You create the template to match the Excel file columns, and set 'fillers' to skip the Excel columns that cannot be imported.

If this is for Payments or Deposits, use the 'Detail only' style of import template as this is geared towards Excel.

There are sample import files in the sample data directory (...\softrak\brwin\samdata) that match the default templates.
