We are having a problem emailing directly from O/E.
Specifically, we are emailing Confirmations from the Orders screen.
When we email and select Queue, and then later send the email from the queue, everything works correctly.
But, if we choose email "Now", instead of the Confirmation being an attachment, the email goes through with no attachment, rather with a ton of gobbly-gook. Instead of the attachment the insert appears as a text document with a hundred lines of code.

This error only started this week, after we upgraded the system to A/R 9.
The versions/settings we are using:
- O/E 8.1c
- Outlook 2007 SP2
- Email is set to Mapi

What email system is receiving the email? Office/Outlook 2003?

Is the email corrupted in the 'Sent Items' of the Outlook 2007 from where the email was sent from?

What is the file date of the \softrak\system\ssimail.dll file?
