I have a problem when I am trying to create a new order action report in order entry. I pull over various fields (ie order# order date etc) but when I pull over the item number field into the report and press the preview button the following error message shows up " starting value cannot be greater than ending value". I have a blank box in the starting field and ZZZZZ in the ending field so this message does not make sense. When I pull over any of the other fields I don't have this error message. It only seems to arrise when I pull over the item number field into my report.This problem only starting happening yesterday. The day we just installed the 8.1C upgrade on the order entry module. Any suggestions.

A hot fix was released on Sept 2 to address this problem. In the initial release of OE81C, items that have only 1 segment caused this message to erroneously appear. Installing this hot fix will fix this.

How/Where do I get this hot fix??
