Can you confirm which version of Adagio Order Entry you are using? And what method and options you are using for printing order confirmations? There is no option to control this as completed orders can never be printed as an order confirmation.
If I highlight a completed order in the Edit Orders grid and choose to print an order confirmation, I get a message 'Unable to print. Order is complete.'
If I use the Print Order Confirmation and attempt to print the order, I get a message 'Nothing in range to print' if all selected orders are completed.
You should verify that the order in fact has a Completed status Perhaps the order was edited and thus the Completed status was removed?
