Which function are you trying to do when you get the error message? Is it opening the program, or is it entering a invoice, printing a report, etc?

The only issue we know of when converting from older QI DOS databases is an issue trying to access the QI item list, which includes inserting QI items onto an invoice. We have a utility for fixing this, that we can email you, should this be the case.

If the problem lies somewhere else, then my best suggestion is to restore the old QI6.1A data and re-convert it.

You may also want to try and do the same procedure with sample data that is causing the error, as this would determine whether the problem is data-related or program-related.
