Hi Karin,
You may not have the most up to date tables installed. Run the 'System Status' from the Help menu within Adagio Invoices and this will check for the correct tables.
The tables should have the following dates:
QRTQIB81.QRW - 03/10/2009
QRTQIW80.QRW - 03/09/2009
QRTQIZ81.QRW - 11/20/2008
It may be necessary to re-run the workstation setup or perhaps reinstall the upgrade.
If the tables you have are dated with newer file dates, there has been an error in the installation, and our DateFixer utility is necessary to get the files restored correctly. Should you need this, it is best to contact your Adagio consultant.
