We are having problems printing two reports within the Invoices module:
1) Open Batch - Listing
2) Deleted Invoices Audit List

For some reason they won't print or preview at all. We are able to print invoices and other reports without a problem.

Any ideas why this is happening. As a last resort, we can re-install Invoices.

Hi Karin,

You may not have the most up to date tables installed. Run the 'System Status' from the Help menu within Adagio Invoices and this will check for the correct tables.

The tables should have the following dates:
QRTQIB81.QRW - 03/10/2009
QRTQIW80.QRW - 03/09/2009
QRTQIZ81.QRW - 11/20/2008

It may be necessary to re-run the workstation setup or perhaps reinstall the upgrade.

If the tables you have are dated with newer file dates, there has been an error in the installation, and our DateFixer utility is necessary to get the files restored correctly. Should you need this, it is best to contact your Adagio consultant.

Ran the System Status and received the same error under Invoices and AR:
***configuration error - missing entry in i:\qrasp\qrtables.ini

Also noticed the QRTQIW80.QRW - 03/09/2009 file has a different date: 03/12/2007.

Do we still need to use the Datefixer if the date is older rather than newer? Or would a workstation re-install do the job?

There's never any harm in (re)doing a workstation install.

If the table is older, then the Date Fixer is not required (only when the file date needs to be 'backwards'). The program should be re-installed to update the table(s).
