Maybe I am missing something.
I have converted two Companies locally on my laptop to A/R Version 9 (as well as the O/E & I/C upgrades).
I open Customers in A/R and press F6-Smart Finder. The Excel and printer icons do not appear.
(Just to be certain, I double-checked in A/P Vendors, and sure enough, the icons do appear for A/P.)
How do I get the two icons back for A/R 9?

Under File, user, select user you are logged on as and then enable check boxes for enable SF export and enable SF printing. If you can't get there under your log in name have the SYS log in do it for you.
