What is the specification field name that I can use that allows free format input when creating a new docket? And where can I key it in?

ie. A description of multi-line project needs to appear on the invoice on a per job basis.

Where are you entering the Description? Is it in a Description line or is it added to the Description section of the Bill Line for the group of details?

If the Description is in a Description Line, you may have the Specification code, B03, Bill description in a Detail Line-Bill section on your specification.

If the Description is on a Final or Progress Bill line, B03, Bill description may be placed in either a Detail Header-Time detail section or the Detail Line-Bill section.
