We are entering the description in a Description
Line such that each individual invoice would have
unique comments or description.

Our Bill Specification is as follows:
Page Header
Detail Header-Time Detail
Detail Line - Disbursements
Last Page Header

The above spec works exactily as we need for the time & disbursement items.

As suggested we added a Detail Line-Bill (With code B3) in between the page header and the detail header. After we do this all time & disbursement formats are scrambled. Any suggestion to remedy this?

When you say 'scrambled', it isn't really clear what you mean and what the results are. Can you be a little more specific?

In Bill entry, every time you enter a new Detail, this will produce a new 'Bill line'. Because you have now included a Detail Line-Bill section, this will print for every Bill line, whether it is for a description only, for a billed Time line, or a billed Disbursement line. If you have any text entered on the Detail lines for your Time or Disbursements, the B03 code will print this text in addition to your unique description.

If you continue to have struggles with this (bill specifications can get extremely complicated! ), you may want to get a hold of the newest release for Adagio Time&Billing, which will be available either today or early next week to download. With it are a number of new sample specifications, one of which may better resemble what you are wanting to do. You may also want to get your dealer involved as sometimes another set of eyes and hands can be useful.
