Every day our systems runs the batch for the DataCare application. Heres the Problem it sends me an email that *DataCare did not complete-it shows that there are errors- <When opening the attachment it says that there are 2 Errors Occured
c:\program files\syscon\wsapicom\systrayicon.exe.logo
for details.
Adagio Application seems like it runs just fine except this message comes up almost every day. I thought it was a workstation that was open so I closed or tuned off the work stations and still comes up to haunt me. Can you please show me the light to the end of this tunnel...
Whats the fix ?
Thanks..

Hi, Lester,

I don't have a record of this error being reported before. However, drill down to your c:\Program Files\Syscon\wsAPICOM folder and look for the file.

The filename should be SysTrayIcon.exe There should be no .logo in the filename at all.

you are correct the file in question is actually SysTrayIcon.EXE.log, I have attached a copy of that file. maybe you can tell me what is happening. i had to rename it to .txt for uploading.

Obviously i would like a fix for this problem.

Thank you

Hi, Lester,

The vitalEsafe (previously WebSafe) program is written by a third party developer. It may be that there is an error occurring when a backup is trying to be uploaded to their website for storage and that this is being written to a .log file. You would have to contact them for assistance with this.

Here is a link to their website where, if you have an account set up, you should find support contact information:
