There may be a problem with installing Quik Reports for Windows if you have mapped drives for your network. The issue would lie with which drive is being recognized. Make sure that during the install, the Accpac drive is listed as N. This is how QRW can find the \QRASP to install the appropriate files.
Is the installation from the CD or from a downloaded file? If it is the latter, have the downloaded file in a root directory for setup, as I have also heard of a problem in this way.
