Hello,

After doing the excel work around for the import issue, we got our batches entered into ledger we found an issue with the accounts detailed listing report.

At the end of the report the July report had the following lines:
Balance
Acount Net Change
Account ballance
Report Net Change
Report Balance

The Aug. report has the following:
Acount Net Change
Account ballance
Report Net Change
Report Balance

Anyway to get the balance line back?

Hi, Jeffrey,

I'm using Ledger 9.0B(090713). I see all of the same lines as you saw when using Ledger 9.0A. I see these same lines when using the original release of GL9.0B (090430).

Which file contains this report? I'm thinking the file may have been changed so if I can check the date stamp of the file in the 2 directories where I'm getting different results, because I'm seeing the different results using 9.0B (090713).I checked a test directory and it has lines:
Balance
Acount Net Change
Account ballance
Report Net Change
Report Balance

Wereas our current company data shows every thing except the final balance of the account listing on last page.

Still waiting to hear what file contains the detail listing report.

It will be one of the ALLIST* reports depending on whether you are running multi-currency or not and whether you are printing it in extended form.

There are many files that make up the report possibilities for the Detail Listing. For the version of GL9.0B you are using, they are:

Allistc_v2.rpt -- 1/05/2009
Allistc_mc_v2.rpt -- 4/01/2009
Alliste_v2.rpt -- 7/07/2009
Alliste_mc_v2.rpt -- 4/01/2009
Allists_v2.rpt -- 7/07/2009
Allists_mc_v2.rpt -- 4/01/2009

You should also check to see if perhaps, within your server's, your Softrak\Ledger folder contains a ModRP folder. It may be that you are running a modified version of a core report.

Thank you very much. I checked both my test_softrak directory and softrak directory and the date stamps matched. Copied these file from test to live and final account totals is showing now.
