I've installed the upgrade for inventory yesterday. This morning when opening the inventory module I'm getting an error that reads as such. "Error in serial number or install code (3), unable to continue. Reinstall the product and enter the serial number and install code from the product label that came with the Adagio CD."

I'm not sure when to enter the serial number and install code from the product label that came with Adagio CD since it asks for it twice.

Julie,

If the installation process for an Adagio upgrade does not find what it believes to be an upgradeable previous version of the module, it asks for the original serial number and installation code. These are on you original CD, or your dealer (usually) has them.

So the first codes you enter are the upgrade ones, and second set are the original ones.
