Anytime I have seen this, one or more of the following Windows settings are at fault. (You may have already checked these, but it does not hurt to make sure.)
1. From the Control Panel, select Regional and Language Options.
- select "English (United States)" if that is the setting on the systems that are printing correctly.
- Click on the "Advanced" tab. Make sure the setting there is also "English (United States)."
2. From the Control Panel, select "Display." Select the "Settings" tab. Click on the "Advanced" button. The DPI setting must be set to "Normal (96 DPI)." Do NOT select large fonts.
