Hi there,
Adagio 6.8A uses the Crystal Reports 7.0 engine for printing reports. A different process is used for printing checks and/or invoices and registration forms.
Crystal Reports stores a number of DLL files on each local workstation (in C:\windows\crystal) in addition to a few others in the c:\windows\system directory. If you have Windows NT or 2000 or XP, these directories will be c:\winnt\crystal and c:\winnt\system32 instead. When the workstation setup is performed, this is when Adagio installs these files.
What likely has happened is that one or more of these DLL files were removed by McAfee, though to be fair, we have not heard of this happening before. All you should have to do to fix this is to either re-do the workstation setup (ALLWKST.exe) or reinstall any one of the Adagio programs from each station that will be used to print reports.
You can also run the CHKSYS.EXE program (contained in the \softrak\system directory) to determine which files are missing or incorrect. Anything found to be missing will appear on the screen.
