I'm wondering if there is a way to include the date of the invoice, as well as the "due date" to this form. It would be very useful when making a final determination as to which invoices we want to pay. Yes, I know terms are able to be entered in vendor profiles, but there are exceptions to many of the invoices, often based on their date.

You could have the standard report modified using Crystal Reports for Adagio. Or, you can put the "Entry date" on the Grid so that it show in the "Payments" tab where you would presumably remove the invoice from being paid. Would that be sufficient?

We don't have crystal reports, and the grid won't work because it's for the owner's review. He uses the paper print out (Andrew....please don't get me started on this one...he won't use the monitor) so that won't work either. I was hoping it would be an easy spec to add to the report.

Well, I thought it (adding the field) was a good suggestion, and so wrote it down for consideration when we are next working in that area of Payables. The grid suggestion was to keep you going while you wait for us to get around to doing something. (Adding fields to a report can be easy if the "real estate" is available. Many of the Adagio reports don't have very much room for new fields, and people hate it when we add lines to a report.)
