Dear Victor
If you are wanting technical support for ACCPAC Plus O/E then you should be contacting AI, not Softrak. However, if you are using Adagio OE and have mistakenly identified the product name and version, then we may be able to help you.
I believe that the OEW0000x.xxx data file is a temporary 'work' file that is created by ACCPAC Plus OE (but I am not positive about this).
It is hard to say with the information you have given if this error is directly related to the Multi-User processing issue you are having or not.
If you are running ACCPAC Plus O/E and having these problems, apart from contacting AI, you could try posting your questions on the PlusCommunity Technical Discussion Forum at http://www.pluscommunity.com , as it deals strictly with problems encountered with these products.
If you are having the problem with our Adagio OE, then please post again, with the following information:
1. Have you done a Data Integrity Check recently, and if so, were there errors found?
2. If you are using Adagio OE Multi-user, do you have an Adagio Lanpak installed for the number of users accessing OEWIN? If not, this could cause data corruption, leading to errors such as the one you have encountered among others.
3. If you do have an Adagio LP installed, then are all users pointing to the same Currency and EZTASKS files? (i.e. x:\Softrak\System if only Adagio is being used, or the x:\ASP directory if using Adagio with existing ACCPAC Plus data? ("x" being the drive where Adagio was installed, or where ACCPAC's ASP directory is.)
