I am getting complaints from my users of POA the day after the install. Previously they were using purple's product and now they (two users using POA) are complaining that it is slow to respond. They particularly pointed out the item inquiry in the inquiry screen.

My question is whether you have had any other users mentioning this or not.

If not then I will b e looking at the workstation.

We haven't changed anything that would have affected performance. Check your anti-virus setttings.
