On the compatibility chart it shows BankRec 8.1B. I am not able to locate it on the down loads page. Please provide directions. (should have wore my glasses ha ha) We are using 8.1A. It also shows on the chart that if we wish to use A/R 9 we will need BankRec 8.1B

BankRec 81B will be shipping soon, but it has not been released yet. It is required for compatibility with Adagio Receivables 90A, which is likely why you see it on the Compatibility Chart. Essentially, do not install the Receivables 90A upgrade until all other compatible Adagio programs - such as BankRec 81B, among a few others - are available.

Any idea when BankRec8.1B will be available?

Sometime in the next 4-6 weeks. Make sure that you have reviewed the Release Note for Adagio Receivables V9.0A before planning your conversion. There are lots and LOTS of changes (improvements we hope) and you cannot go back once you have converted your data.

Further to this issue, I would just like to point out that on the Release Notes for A/R 9.0 it says at the top that it is compatible with Bank Rec. 6.8 TO 8.1B, but at the bottom it says just 8.1 B.

I just didn't want people to only read the top and assume anything other than Bank Rec. 8.1B was sufficient.

I just checked the release notes on our website for AR9.0 and for BR8.1B. Have also checked the respective Readme files available within the programs.

I don't see where it says that AR9 is compatible with BR6.8 to 8.1B. Can you point me to the exact location?

Certainly in the BR8.1B Release Note and Readme file, the compatibility section at the top of indicates that BR8.1B is compatibile with AR6.8B thru AR9.0A. This is true.

However, if AR9.0A is in use and someone also wants to use BR, they must ensure they are using BR8.1B.

As well, BR8.1B is not backward compatible with BR8.1A or earlier.

My location was the link in Andrew's post above. At the top of the Compatibility section it says Bank Rec 6.8 to 8.1B. Maybe is that an old link or I may have misinterpreted something.
