We have 2 errors in POA Application Integrity Check. It says for RC1055 and RC1096 that "Actual numbers of vendors found not equal to number stored in the header file." Is there anyway to get rid of these errors?

Hi, Susan,

Do you have a 'current' backup of your data. If not, please make one and run the DIC again. Does the Rebuild button present itself? Click the Rebuild button.

Hi Softrak Tech Support,

No, the Rebuild button does not present itself. It is greyed out. I think these errors were caused when we entered a receipt and later added a vendor and posted an invoice to AP. POA let us do it, but now it's complaining. Is there anyway to get rid of the errors? I suppose when the receipts move to history we won't have to include them in the application integrity check.

It sounds like the error has to do with a statistical value (number of vendors) on the receipt not being equal to the number of attached vendor records. I suppose the process of adding a new vendor in the manner you described did not update the statistical value.

It may be that the error will present itself - if Rebuild is not available - until the receipt is either moved to a file that isn't checked by integrity, or purged, or the data is repaired.
