Hi Sammy,
If you are not using (any one of) Report Group, or Territory, Salesperson or Short Name, then you could use SmartFinder to export a list of your active customers to Excel, and then set one of these fields to a range you could select in this report (perhaps ReportGroup = "ACTIVE" for example) and import it back into the database.
If you are just trying to sum on of the fields in the customer statistics, then just include it and the Active/Inactive flag on the SmartFinder grid and select only Active customers and export the list to Excel to do the math.
GridView would be able to select these customers easily too.
