I have a client wishing to import their data from Paymate Clarity to Adagio G/L version 9.
We just want to import the G/L totals for a period - not the detail for each employee.
We have tried but so far have been unsuccessful.
I have a number of clients using Paymate Acclaim and have no problem with that import.

Any help will be appreciated.

Are you trying to import or retrieve the transactions? (I believe AK Micro supports retrieving into Adagio Ledger.)

Do they import successfully, but you don't like the detail of the import?

Wouldn't there be some option in the Payroll profile that would control whether the g/l transactions are generated on a detail or consolidated basis?

We have several sites where we import very easily from Paymate Platinum to Adagio G/L, so I presume that if AK Micro has not done the same thing with Clarity, they can do it. Call their tech support. Their t/s is a bit spotty, but satisfactory.
