I have set up two items - one with two lines of text and one with one line of text (no amounts - to be used for additional desc where needed.
My style A prints units, amount and the two lines of text, B one line of text only.
Both sections are set to suppress blanks.
When I print out the invoice - I still get blank lines between the items.
Anyone have a fix?

Hello Jane,

If you do not always print 2 lines of text for the Style code A items, make sure that the specification codes for the text lines are in separate Detail line A sections on the Invoice specification.

Set the properties for both sections to suppress blanks.
