This error isn't something I've heard of before. It sounds indicative of a corrupted file - that an index doesn't reference all the required details - or perhaps a financial statement that was initially set up in a statement group is no longer in the referenced location.
Are you able to open the Financial Reporter as the SYS user and edit Statement Groups without the error? If so, you may be able to re-edit the existing statement groups and re-select the report files, to re-connect.
If you get the error immediately upon opening the Financial Reporter, then this likely is a problem with the statement group file. Try getting everyone out of Adagio and in the data directory, rename the file GLRPTGRP.dat. It will be recreated the next time you log into Ledger as SYS and open the Financial Reporter. Of course, the statement groups would need to be re-defined.
