Your question isn't being ignored, but I think that people aren't sure how to answer.
Over the last few weeks, Softrak and Purple Solutions (the developer of Purchase Orders for Adago) have come to tentative deal for Softrak to take over ownership of the product. We are very excited about the opportunity this repesents, but a little daunted at the task ahead of us.
It may be a couple of months before we are confident that we can build the currently shipping product and understand it sufficiently to be able to make simple fixes to issues like the problem you are experiencing. I'm sorry for this, but I hope you'll understand and bear with us.
Once we're confident that we have all the pieces together, we will look at addressing these simple issues that can make life difficult in a timely manner.
