Running Quick Reports for some time, suddenly today when I change my reports to print to screen from the printer I get the error, "Cannot change another user is sharing the options file". Which file is the error speaking of and how do get around it ? I have restarted but that did not work either. No one else is even running ACCPAC.

This error message is not returned by Quik Reports. This message is coming from System Manager. Please see Appendix A (Error Messages) of the Windowing System Manager manual for more information.

You should also have a look at Appendix B (Tips and Techniques) of the Windowing System Manager Manual. Page B-7 describes "Setting Up Options for Workgroups and Workstations".
