The Aged Order report lists all non-completed orders - is this order marked complete, or just the item? How did you change the status of the order to complete?
When Day End is performed, all completed orders are copied to history. If you have done a Day End, do you see this order listed in History? If not, then the system doesn't consider this order as complete.
Does your OE data pass an integrity check?
