I received the service pak SP20080704 from our dealer which was the hot fix for the General ledger - batch status report clearing issue and I am still unable to clear that report and close the year. Please let me know if another patch is required or if the issue is something else.

Now that you've installed the hot fix, do a Data Integrity Check within Ledger 9. You will be able to clear the report after.
