I was just playing how about this option. Today is 8/29/08 i logged in as 8/31/08 and ran all the reports and then ran the statements as of 8/31/08 thats when it gave me the interest error. Is the computer that smart to know that your 2days ahead of the schedule.

Yes. It uses a formula that checks the statement date and the last interest date and the frequency of the cycle to determine if interest needs to be charged.
