Just wondering if it is possible to change a vendor code in Adagio A/P in order to keep the vendor's history intact? I do not want to have to create a new vendor, just change the coding.

There are two vendor number change utilities available from our Third Party Developers, AIM and Dakota Software.

ok thank you. Also, if a vendor has been placed as inactive, how do I change it back to active?

On the lower left side of the 1st Vendor information screen for each Vendor, there is a checkbox marked "Active".

To change a vendor from inactive to active, click on that box to put a check in it.
