Receives "Error 1013 occurred when attempting to open OE History detail " message from the "dispay History Form". Please see the attached screen snap.

Hello Henry,

What function were you running when the error occurred? What version of OrderEntry are you running? Has anything changed since the last time you performed the function that generated the error?

Error 1013 is a catch-all error that usually is displayed when insufficient rights exist in one of the directories Adagio uses. Usually, it is displayed because another application (a backup or virus scan process) has the file locked.

It happened after I installed to Adagio OrderEntry 8.1B (20080421) upgrade.

I rucn the syscheck and received 4 error messages. please advice
