The office manager and myself are both new to Adagio and we are wanting a check list of what we are suppost to do for month end. What is really needed is for it to be detailed so that we can follow it step by step until we know what we are doing. It would be appreciated if you could help.

When you are in Adagio Receivables, select Help from the main menu, following by Contents.

Scroll through the Table of Contents to the end of the left column under Processing. You'll see topics for Period End (month) Processing and for Year End Processing.

The Period End Processing topic discusses various things to consider and complete for period end, as well as how to run the Period End function.

These help topics are available all modules.

As well, if you go to our website at http://www.softrak.com and select the Support tab, followed by Technical Tips from the fly-out menu, you will find other useful pieces of information.
