It seems as though items are not updated for quantities in Inventory when items are sold and invoiced until OE dayend. Is this correct? Accpac I remember had real time adjustment to inventory.

This is confusing during the day if quantities are not updated.

Is there any way to have Inventory updated in real time when OE transactions are entered?

Inventory quantities are updated in real time as OE transactions are posted. Specifically, when an item placed on an order and the order posted, the "On Sales Order" quantity is increased, and when an item is shipped and the order invoiced, the "On Sales Order" quantity is decreased and the "Quantity on Hand" quantity is decreased.

Costs are not updated until OE dayend is processed.

This is identical to the ACCPAC Plus treatment.
