I have used one of the Additional Info fields to enter the Thai description of the Inventory item.

Is it possible to do a search of that field using F6 or any other method? If it isnt, is there a "search enabled" field that I can use to enter the Thai description?

Unfortunately, the only fields that you can search on in Adagio IC are the Item Number and Item Description.

You would have to enter the Thai description as part of the main Item Description if the search for this information is required.

Oops - there is a way you can get to 'search enable' other fields that could possibly be used to enter the Thai Description you require!

You can add fields to the Finder by using the column editor. To do this, while in the F6 search function...

1. Double-click on one of the column titles to enter the column editor.
2. From the list on the left, select and click on the field(s) you would like to be able to search on (it will be added to the existing fields on the right).
3. Click OK to accept your new additions.

Subsequent searches using F6 will now let you search on these fields.

Unfortunately, the Item 'Additional Information' field is not an available field. This information is stored in another file and cannot be accessed by the Finder.
