I am trying to close the current fiscal year.

The only item that I have to do before I can proceed is:

Print and Clear Prior Year Posting Journal.

How do I do this? I do not see any options in my menu.

I am currently in 9.0A(080402)

Hi Sue,

Under the Post menu, open the Posting Journal as you would for your current year. At the top will be radio buttons indicating the year - not only will you see the current year (and likely the upcoming fiscal year) but you will also see the previous year. Simply select that previous year and continue as usual.
