Hello all,

I am looking into a datset for a client in Ledger 9.0 and when looking in their prior year data to see where certain accounts are closed to in many cases it says supporting detail missing such as on the detail listing, and when I go into the transaction inquiry section it is blank, but yet the totals are correct. Is there another way to scrounge up the year end entry detail??

You have to retrieve the prior year's backup into Ledger 9.0 in order to get the transaction detail. Use File | Import | Retrieve Prior Year Data. In earlier versions of Adagio Ledger, the year end process cleared the transaction detail.
