I am trying to close out my fiscal year and I am getting a message that I need to print and clear the Prior Year Posting Journal. Under Post - Print Posting Journals the only options I have are Print Posting Journal and Print Unpost Journal. Where do I find the Prior Year Posting Journal?

Are you using Ledger 9.0A?

Select Post | Print Posting Journals | Print Posting Journals.

On the Print Posting Journal window, position the radio dot beside the prior (fiscal ending) year and print the journal that way. In Ledger 9.0A, you might have two or three years displaying in this print window.
